Levy is a Deuman, but she was born with the rare condition of Photon Allergy, which caused her to be persecuted throughout her life in the world of Oracle.
Photon Allergy is a congenital disorder where one cannot use photon-based teleporters or photon arts. When exposed to photons, the body rejects them, causing paralysis.
Ordinarily, humans without the ability to wield photons cannot become ARKS, but Levy had a singular goal: “to kill all ARKS and become the strongest ARKS.” To pursue this aim, she used bribes to gain entry into the A.R.K.S..
Levy typically uses the alias “L,” though others refer to her as “Her sister.”

People around her always ridiculed Levy by comparing her older sister Ruby, who was a genius and strong, with Levy, who was disabled and weak.
Levy was consumed by a strong sense of inferiority and stress, and as a result, she strongly disliked people and strongly hated Ruby.

Due to her Photon Allergy, Levy is rumored to be a “cursed child.” She is not given a standard Mag and an operator to assist her missions—essential equipment for any ARKS—and is restricted to completing missions only in low-difficulty zones known as “Normal.”
However, Levy possesses special powers: her extraordinary hacking skills and a weapon known as a Cosmogenic Arms “Eisenheart The Transformation”, which holds a unique and immense power.
Levy always heads out on missions alone. Despite her Photon Allergy, she employs creative strategies to defeat dangerous creatures. Yet Levy finds her solitude endlessly dull.
She begins to feel that life itself is meaningless. Once she achieves her goal of becoming the strongest ARKS, she believes there will be no reason left to live. Therefore, she wishes to complete her goal as soon as possible—and die as soon as possible.
However, even someone as ostracized and persecuted as Levy has drawn attention. A group known as the “A.R.K.S. Research Society” has begun targeting her. The leader of this team, a man named Dinan, intends to recruit Levy as a disposable pawn for their schemes.
